Annapurna Circuit Trek

A circular route that takes you around the whole of the Annapurna range, including across the 5416m Thorung La pass. This trek is unsurpassed for the geographical and cultural diversity it offers, from lowland villages, to pine forests, and on to the remote Mustang-Manangplateaus, and one of the deepest gorgesof Kali Gandaki valley.

Brief itinerary
Day 01 :  Arrive in Kathmanduand transfer to hotel.
Day 02:  Sightseeing in Kathmandu prep for the trip.
Day 03 :  Drive to Bulbule about 7-9hours and trek to Nadialtitude930 meters.
Day 04:  TrekNadi toChamjealtitude1430meter.
Day 05: Trek Chamje to Dharampanialtitude1860meters.
Day 06:  Trek Dharampanito Chame altitude 2670meters.
Day 07:  TrekChame to lower Pisang altitude3260meters.

Day 09 : Rest day (explorearound to Manang village & Lakes)

Day 12:  TrekThorongPhedito Muktinath via Thorong La pass alt5416 meters{(17872ft) world’s highest                     trekking high pass} ascent491 meters(1620ft) and trek down to Muktinath via Muktinath                             Temple alt 3760 meters(12408ft) descent 1656m(5464ft)
Day 13 : TrekMuktinath to Marpha altitude 2670 metersvia Kangbeni ,Thinigaun, Dhumba Tal.
Day14 :  Drive to Tatopani andexplore hot spring, and stay in Tatopani altitude 1190 meters.
Day 15 :  Trek Tatopani to Ghorepani altitude 2860meters.
Day 16 :  Trek to Poon-Hill altitude 3200meters(Poon Hill see view of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and                                Nilgiri from south side of Annapurna early morning), back to hotel have breakfast and trek to                     Ghandruk altitude 1940 meters.
Day 17: Trek to Potana and stay at Potana 1890 meters altitude.
Day 18 : Trekto Phediand drive to Pokhara1 hours and stay in Pokhara altitude 820 meters.
Day 19 : Drive to Kathmandu and transfer to same hotel Kathmandu resort hotel.
Day 20 : Kathmandu
Day 21 : Final departure to your destination, drop you at the International airport.


Note: We will tailor-made itinerary according to your time, interest, and budget.

Suggested Backpack:

  • Personal belongings (i.e.camera, water bottle, extra money, sunscreen/sunblock, sunglasses, sunhat, hiking shorts/ synthetic T-shirt etc)
  • Hiking boots, camp shoe/sports shoe/ trainers, 3 to 4 pairs woolen socks,2 pairs liners socks, 1 liner gloves & 1 pair mitten, warm hat.
  • 1 Day back pack 35 -50 ltr capacity.
  • Warm layers, down or synthetic jackets, fleece, hiking pants, Thermals.

  • Meal during the trekking three times a day(Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast), Hot drinks twice a day.
  •  4-night hotel in Kathmandu, 1 night in Pokhara on Bed & Breakfast.
  •  Accommodation during the trekking in twin share room/ double bed.
  •  1 Guide and 2porter and their salary, insurance, food and accommodation.
  • Bus from Pokhara to Kathmandu, all ground transportations and airport pick up and drop.

  •  Your personal/health insurance& entrance fee for monuments/temples and monastery.
